Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aptarum LLC, doing business as Relevant (“Relevant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website at https://www.buyrelevant.com (the “Site”) and the marketing and advertising services we provide (the “Services”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control with respect to contractual rights and obligations.

This Policy covers two distinct categories of data and two distinct roles we play with respect to them:

• Site and account data — information we collect directly from clients and prospective clients who visit the Site, request information, create an account, or purchase Services. For this data, Relevant is the controller (we decide how and why it is processed).
• Lead Data — information submitted by prospective customers through a landing page or advertisement that Relevant manages on a client’s behalf. Consistent with Section 12 of the Terms of Service, for Lead Data the client is the data controller and Relevant acts only as a service provider / processor, handling that data according to the client’s instructions and applicable law.

If you submitted your information through a client’s campaign or landing page, please direct privacy requests to that client, who is the controller of your data; we will reasonably assist the client in responding as described below.

When you interact with the Site or purchase Services, we may collect:

• Account and contact information — your legal or business name, contact name and title, email address, phone number, and billing address, which you provide when you request information, sign up, or complete a Service Order.
• Billing information — processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you pay, your card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never received, stored, or processed on Relevant’s servers. We receive only limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as a confirmation, the plan purchased, and the last four digits or brand of the card) needed to fulfill and account for your order.
• Usage and analytics data — information about how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and similar technical data collected through standard logging and analytics.
• Communications — records of your correspondence with us (email, phone, and text), which, as described in Section 18 of the Terms of Service, may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.

In delivering the Services, Relevant sets up and manages landing pages and advertisements that may collect contact information from a client’s prospective customers — for example, a name, email address, phone number, or other details a person chooses to submit through a form. This is Lead Data.

For Lead Data, Relevant acts as a service provider / processor on behalf of the client, who is the controller. We handle Lead Data according to the client’s instructions and applicable law, make it available to the client, and may also retain it in de-identified or aggregated form for analytical, operational, and service-improvement purposes. The client is responsible for maintaining a lawful privacy notice on its landing pages and for honoring consumer-rights requests relating to Lead Data; Relevant will reasonably assist.

We use the information we collect as a controller to:

• provide, operate, and deliver the Services and fulfill Service Orders;
• process payments and recurring billing through our payment processor;
• communicate with you about your account, campaigns, invoices, and support requests;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and Services, including analytics and troubleshooting;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements, including the Terms of Service; and
• prevent fraud and protect the rights, property, and safety of Relevant, our clients, and others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:

• Service providers (subprocessors). We use trusted vendors to run our business, including a payment processor (Stripe) for billing, cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers (such as our hosting and application-platform providers), and analytics tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Third-Party Platforms. To deliver campaigns, we work with advertising and technology platforms that we do not own or control, as described in the Terms of Service. Information we share with them is limited to what is necessary to run a client’s campaign.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of any person.
• Business transfers. If Relevant is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with this Policy.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember preferences, and to understand and improve how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting Do Not Track (“DNT”) browser signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals to the extent required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely for analytical and service-improvement purposes.

Consistent with Section 12 of the Terms of Service, Relevant employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA/CPRA”) and other U.S. state privacy laws, including the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, the right to request correction, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, Relevant does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise a right, email us at support@buyrelevant.com. We will verify your request as required by law before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If your information was collected through a client’s campaign (Lead Data), the client is the controller — please contact that client directly; we will reasonably assist the client in fulfilling your request.

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it. This Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and are subject to the dispute-resolution, binding-arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions set forth in Sections 20 and 21 of the Terms of Service.

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site or Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, consistent with the approach to updates described in Section 22 of the Terms of Service.
