Schedule A to the Relevant Terms of Service
This Service Order is issued under, incorporates, and is governed by the Relevant Terms of Service (version v1-2026-07) between Aptarum LLC (“Relevant”) and the Client below. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Together, this Service Order and the Terms of Service form the entire agreement between the parties.

Agreed Impressions (Sole Deliverable)
Agreed Impressions: 10,000 advertising impressions per month, to be delivered over the contract term (or as otherwise specified: 10,000 advertising impressions per month for the duration of the contract term).
Per Section 3 of the Terms of Service, the Agreed Impressions stated above are the sole and exclusive deliverable and the only guarantee provided by Relevant under this Agreement. Relevant does not guarantee any sales, revenue, leads, conversions, return on investment, or any other outcome, and does not provide consultation or professional advice. Any impression figure discussed verbally is not binding unless written above and signed.
